1. General Terms

3. Product Information and Pricing

We strive to display our products, including activewear, yoga outfits, sports vests, leggings, workout sets, bodysuits, handbags, clutches, purses and accessories, as accurately as possible. However, colors and details may vary depending on your device screen settings. All prices listed on onewellshop.com are in the currency indicated and do not include shipping fees or applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices, modify product descriptions, or discontinue any item at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order.

4. Order Acceptance, Payment and Dispatch

Order Acceptance: When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging the details of your purchase. This email is an acknowledgement of receipt and does not constitute our final acceptance of your order.

When is your order accepted? Your order is formally accepted and a binding contract is formed when we send a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and dispatch details. At this point, we have verified product availability, confirmed payment, and handed the package to the carrier.

Payment: Payment is authorized and captured at the time you place your order. However, if we are unable to fulfill your order (e.g., out of stock, pricing error, or fraud suspicion), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method and notify you accordingly.

Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been handed to the carrier.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, payment verification issues, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms of Service. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers PayPal and Stripe. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.

5. Return and Refund Policy

We offer the following return and refund options:

• Order cancellation (48-hour unconditional refund): You may cancel your order within 48 hours from the time you place the order, provided that the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, please follow the standard return procedure below.
• Change of mind / wrong size: You may return the item within 30 days after receiving your order. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the original outbound shipping fee (if any).
• Quality issues / wrong item / missing items: You may contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund including the original shipping cost or offer a replacement.
• Hygiene restrictions: Intimate apparel, swimwear, and bodysuits can only be returned if the original hygiene liner is intact.

6. Risk of Loss and Delivery

We cooperate with DHL, Royal Mail and other reputable logistics partners. Standard delivery to European countries takes 7 to 20 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you when the package is delivered to the shipping address provided. However, this risk transfer does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including but not limited to:

• Your right to receive the products you ordered (wrong item, missing items);
• Your right to receive products that are free from defects (quality issues);
• Your right to claim for non-delivery or lost packages;
• Your rights under PayPal Buyer Protection or your payment provider's dispute resolution mechanisms.

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, or if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier and resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights and our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
